Programme

The Aluminium compact DAK Nozzle Band Heater is with his closed construction and with the used material of aluminium a new development in respect of heat distribution, energy savings and profitability. Our customers award this heating type top marks. ...

Thus the DAK achieves the requirements of high level polymer processing in areas of Nozzle and Tooling. With integral thermocouple (L,J,K) they offer exact operating temperatures. In 1974 the DGK Nozzle Band Heater with loads of 8-10 W/cm² and operating temperatures of up to 450°C the DGK was ahead of the times. With the DAK Nozzle Band Heater we have now an alternative, with only 75% of compared capacity which reaches easily same operating temperatures. The outstanding conductivity of the heating element leads to an up to now not reached conformity of heat distribution on the heated surface. The DGM High Performance Heater Band offers exactly required temperatures and supplies with up to 600°C various application scopes.
