Application of MCT Control Systems
MCT Control Systems offer exact temperature control for electrically heated machines, tools and thermal processes (hot runner applications)
The self tuning of the devices allows degree-precise temperature control. Set and actual temperature value as well as control parameters and disturbance reports are digitally indicated. The devices have heater current monitoring and heater fault detection. There is alarm indication on both heater load and temperature Heater start up value can be set by both temperature and time.
Manual set point can take over in the event of Thermocouple break to avoid unnecessary production down time. The use of all usual temperature sensor (L, J, K, N, S, R and Pt 100) is possible.
