Application of Foundry-Cartridge Heaters for the die-casting industry

Heizpatronen der Type Gießereiheizpatronen sind speziell für die Zink- und Magnesiumdruckgussindustrie entwickelt worden. Mit Leistungsdichten bis zu 30 W/cm2 und mit einer maximalen Einsatztemperatur am Patronenmantel von 750°C sind besonders zum Einsatz als elektrische Beheizung des Giesshalses (gooseneck) geeignet . Sie gewähren eine optimale und homogene Temperaturverteilung des Materials vor der Einspritzung in Mundstückkörper. Diese Heizpatronen zeichnen sich besonders durch ihren mechanischen Schutz mit Winkelklotz, Rohrstück und Metallwellschlauch und der einfachen Handhabung aus.
