We have manufactured the DG and DGS Nozzle Band Heaters for over 30 years. The proven construction came from the necessity to develop a sealed heating element for use in injection moulding machines. Meanwhile this design became the standard for a lot of electroheating applications.

The DGK Nozzle Band Heater with loads from 8-10 W/cm2 and operating temperatures up to 450°C it was way ahead in 1974.

Today there is an alternative with the DAK Nozzle Band Heater available, which achieves easily similar operating temperatures with only 75% of capacity. The excellent conductivity of this heating element leads to a so far not reached conformity of heat distribution at the heated surface. The DGM High Performance Band Heater fulfils the requirement of accurate temperatures and offers with up to 600°C solutions for various applications.

The Z Mica insulated Band Heater are used as economical and reliable initial equipment up to operating temperatures of approx. 280°C. KHK Ceramic insulated Band Heaters with diameters from 60 up to 2000 mm, and operating temperatures up to over 400°C are used worldwide.

The advantages of the Z and KHK types are incorporated in the Mineral insulated M Band Heater. Reaction celerity at defined expansion space and operating temperatures up to 450°C are criteria of the Band Heater with the prominent appearance. As MC-Band in plastic sealed versions available.

The ZAK Band Heater affords especially with surfaces with cut outs and holes an optimum heat characteristic, which is not reached by standard Band Heaters. From the ZAK Band Heaters the high effective HAK High Performance Cooling System has been developed with full covering of cooling profiles.

The efficiency of this “heated cooling” could be increased about 30% corresponding to the existing HIM. with this air cooled HAK-System and the fluid cooled combinations out of aluminium and brass two very effective product lines for Extrusion are provided.
Aluminium cooling fins are providing an optimum cooling performance at the HAK Intensive Heat Cool System. The surface of the fins are constructed and arranged in a way that the streaming air is whirled and stays longer at the cooling jacket and thus mor heat conducts.

The fluid cooled Cast Heat Cool Combinations are especially strong and cast for extrusion applications with large cylinder diameters, ideal for hostile environments, e.g. recycling, is the extremely save and typically mechanically robust heater.

For hot runner systems the MKV clamp lock on the RPI Tubular Cartridge Heater offers designers the possibilty to overcome the problems of tight tolerances and small clearances. The compact and efficient generation of Tubular Cartridge Heater with a wall thickness of only 3 mm has been developed from the proven RPM and RPK Tubular Cartridge Heaters.

Along with these special heating elements we offer an extensive range of Cartridge Heaters, Flat- and Frame Heaters in numerous designs and performances. The FAK and FMK Heaters are especially established which offer apart the first-class heat distribution, long life times and energy savings against standard heating elements.

We have a large experience in the construction of Ovens and Dryers, for R&D, medicine and microbiology.
Our production programme is completed by a large range of thermocouples and control systems.
