Cast Heater Production

Since the beginning of the 1970s the Ihne + Tesch company group is leading in the production of cast-in Heating elements with aluminium and brass alloys. Various sizes (flat, cylindrical, angle shape, plates with or without profiles) are available. The competence for decades and our technical know-how is constantly used by our customers within Europe and Overseas for their own extention of their market position.

A vertical integration of 100% starting with: from mentoring in construction stage at side, 3D design with SolidWorks, own Tubular Heater production, self-made moulds or casting dies, automated bending procedure of Tubular Heaters, casting process at own foundry up to machining of contact surfaces of cast bodies on ultra-modern CNC maching centres and possible application of customised coatings or realisation of EX-Protection, electrical wiring are warantors for high quality and precision work.

Sand casting as well as casting dies are available in single and large volume production within 4-5 weeks made in own foundry. Repeat orders are even in 2-3 weeks possible. Fast deliveries are possible due to focussed process elements and involved procedures in house and the so called "enlarged working bench" is not required.

Special melting and casting procedures of cast products without porosity and isolated inclusions are developed in more then two decades to its perfection. The long life, mechanical robust designs of Cast Heaters offers high operation safety as well with extrem environmental surroundings. Further to this guarantee the thermal heat conductive of the alloys and the Tubular Heater distribution a constant temperature profile. For the packaging industries manufactured Heating plates require highest precision with tolerances of 2/100 mm maximum. The homogenous heat distribution can be measured and documentated with contact free temperature measure procedures as thermography at starting procedures and within operation to achieve a temperature profile if needed.

The production range is complemented with a wide range of temperature sensors and control units, as well made to 100% within the company group Ihne + Tesch. As our customers notified and confirmed at supplier audits the company group offes as unique company within Europe such a competence advance in terms of qualtitative and quantitative requirements of high tech applications. Design and construction of aluminium and brass Cast Heaters are always harmonised individual and concrete to requirements of job defintions. Long life time and mechanical load of produced Cast Heaters are further criterias for your purchase decision. Our experts have experience over decades. Use our know how. We are happy to advice you.
