RPI Tubular Cartridge Heaters
The RPI Tubular Cartridge Heater is ideal for the heating of hot runner
systems and distribution blocks. With a wall thickness of only 3mm the
new RPI is extremely space efficient. The new technology encapsulated
heater consists of one heating element in stainless steel tube. To
simplify maintenance the heater is available with optional patented
clamp lock. The lock facilitates easy installation and removal,
simplifying disassembly and saving maintenance time. The lock needs
less than 1 mm of additional space. The RPI Tubular Cartridge Heater
can be supplied with various heating elements of different resistive
characteristics. The heat capacity will be temperature stable with lead
extended matched to individual requirements.
