Application for RPK/RDK Tubular Cartridge Heaters
The totally encapsulated heating elements RPK Tubular Cartridge Heater
(jacket heater) and RDK (mandrel heater) are ideal for heating hot
runner systems. They are also suitable for use in tooling. The accurate
fitting tolerances ensure optimal heat transfer and an homogeneous melt
temperature. An extremely small stainless steel flexible connection
tube (2,5 mm diameter) ensures minimum space required for leads. The
proven Tubular Cartridge Heaters RPK/RDK are mechanically robust
(stainless steel head and bottom) and with their extended operating
times are suitable for many situations.
