Application of DG/DGS Nozzle Band Heaters

The DG Nozzle Band Heaters (brass) and DGS (stainless steel) are manufactured for use on injection moulding machines in the plastic processing industry. They are plastic resistant and guarantee a required temperature on the decisive point. DG and DGS Nozzle Band Heaters are also suitable for general cylindrical heating. They are approved on most current machines as original equipment. They are also used in laboratory applications. Also used for bitumen
heating on road construction machinery.
