Application of Cast Heaters

Mechanically durable and long lasting construction is a result of the gravity and sand casting production method. Able to operate in hostile environments, e. g. Recycling, diecasting, dropforge and lead processing. The plastic sealed construction makes it ideal for use in the degassing zones on extrusion. The accurately machined surfaces guarantee optimum heat transfer. The thermally efficient allowys give even heat distribution across the heater from the integral tubular heaters. The Cast Heaters are produced in both small and large production quantities and are a product with a high level of both dust and damp production.

Applications

  • for extrusion in the plastic and rubber processing industry
  • for screen changers and filter systems
  • for extrusion tools
  • for film extruders and blowing heads
  • for profile welders
  • for slit , e. g. sheet and film extruders
  • for sealing, packaging and dairy machines
  • for lid grid machines in the battery branch
  • as preheat stations for forging tools
  • for special applications e. g. laboratory research and development
  • for heat exchangers

Several services:

  • one partner - from construction to despatch
  • specialised advice in both construction and application
  • CAD production drawing
  • gravities out of own production
  • in-house foundry for gravity and sand casting
  • Machining on modern CNC machines
